The Trinidad and Tobago Healthcare UK Forum (TTHUF) based in London, UK, was founded by Mr. Roger James in June 2017, involving UK based healthcare and other professionals with affiliations to Trinidad and Tobago with a vision to promote meaningful conversations about healthcare reform in Trinidad and Tobago, and to assist in improving the safety and effectiveness of healthcare in TnT.

The TTHUF team, was part of a larger delegation of Healthcare industry specialist, who visited our shores during the UK Healthcare Market Visit to the Caribbean 2018, on 12th and 13th of March 2018. Individual meetings with interest groups and exhibitions of British products took place at the Hyatt Hotel.

As an important stakeholder in healthcare in Trinidad and Tobago, TTRNA was invited to take part, offering our experiences and challenges, and proposing solutions to move forward.

TTRNA, sees TTHUF, as a key international partner who we can rely on in achieving our closely aligned goals, and congratulates them in maintaining their sense of nationalism although living abroad. For more information on TTHUF and how you can assist if you live abroad, you can check out their Facebook page – TTHUF.

TTRNA found this UK Healthcare Market Visit forum extremely useful as we have also developed contacts with another British organization – CAPITA (the UK’s leading provider of business process management and integrated professional support service solutions) and a local medical firm – The Medical Supply Company. The tremendous benefits from these meetings, will be known to our membership shortly.

TTRNA on the move. Growing strength to strength. Improving Healthcare from within. One nurse at a time.
